Guter Zustand. Sehr seltenes und wichtiges Dokument über die französische Besetzung des Bezirks Rhénanie Hessen Nassau. Verordnung unterzeichnet von Brigadegeneral Pierre Billotte, 1906-1992, Kriegsheld, Befreier von Paris: "La France occupe les Bezirks de coblence et treves à dater du 10 Juillet 1945 à 10 h. et en assure l'administration. Aucune mesure spéciale ne sera prise vis-à-vis des habitants qui n'ont pas à craindre de sévices... Dennoch wird die Bevölkerung darauf hingewiesen, dass jeder Anschlag, jede Sabotage und jede Disziplinlosigkeit konsequent geahndet werden..... Pour un soldat blessé ou tué, 10 Allemands exécutés."
