A Greek bronze ointment vessel, Greek, 4th century B.C. Bronze mit schwarzgrüner Patina. Bauchiges Gefäß mit abgedrehtem Fuß, schmalem Hals und ausgestellter, verstärkter Lippe. Drehrillen am Fuß und am Hals. Etwas verkrustete Patina, Lippe mit Einriss, minimale Dellen am Bauch. Höhe 9,3 cm. Provenance: Frankfurter Privatsammlung. Erworben im April 2016 bei Hermann HIstorica (Auktion 73, Los 4596). Zuvor portugiesische Privatsammlung, erworben in den 1970er Jahren. Condition: II - III
