LUDOVICI A LUDOVICO MAGNO INSTITUTUS M·DC·XCIII·”，铭文下方： “LEVEQUE”。圣路易斯勋章十字架，枝干间饰有百合花； 中央为椭圆形徽章，描绘身着盔甲和皇家斗篷的圣路易斯，手持月桂冠和荆棘冠，周围环绕着格言“BELLICAE VIRTUTIS PRAEMIUM”。 材质：青铜。 直径：40毫米。
