[诺曼底——关于乞讨问题的请愿]。论在诺曼底省消除乞讨现象的最符合宗教、人道与政治原则的手段。 这部社会经济论著的初版，采用同时期的全马皮装帧。 阿维尼翁与巴黎，D'Houry出版社，1780年。 八开本，全红马罗金皮装帧，书脊光滑，饰有重复花卉纹样及金线，黑色皮质书名牌，书封两面以三道金线镶边，四角点缀花卉纹样，内侧饰有金边，内封面及护页为皇家蓝纸， 切口处饰有金线，书口呈浮雕纹饰，书边镀金。 1张无编号页（标题页）及78页。 书脊略有褪色，书口和书角有轻微磨损，偶见少量斑点。 此为该社会经济演讲的初版，曾于1779年鲁昂科学、文学与艺术学院会议上荣获该院颁发的奖项。 这部小册子是旧制度末期面对极端贫困这一社会痼疾时，慈善与行政思想最成熟的体现之一。 多米尼克·德门德·德·德曼多尔克斯（1731-1827），时任马赛司法长官，致力于调和基督教慈善（宗教）、 哲学意义上的慈善（人性）以及公共秩序或经济效益（政治）三者，从而提出旨在消除流浪现象，并通过劳动使乞丐在诺曼底省重新融入社会的改革方案。 出自拉·热尔莫尼埃尔（La Germonière）的藏书，附有刻有瓦斯特城堡（曼什省）图案的藏书印。 较为罕见，品相极佳。
