一把精美的意大利 rapier，护手经凿刻并镀金，可能产自米兰，约1580/90年 刀身品质上乘，中脊呈扁平状。上部三分之一处双面均有深槽，并錾刻有“SAHAGUN”签名。 刀身厚实，双面略带凹槽，为仿真刃，四分之一处锤刻“V.I.”字样。铁制护手，配有宽大外伸的直形护手杆。饰有精细雕刻的圆点纹样，火镀金层已磨损。 原装剑柄，保留着土耳其式缠绕装饰。粗壮的椭圆形剑首饰有相配的凸点装饰，并残留部分镀金痕迹。全长126厘米。 阿隆索·德·萨阿贡（Alonzo de Sahagun），托莱多剑匠，活跃于1570–99年间。其高品质的剑身常出现在宫廷背景的武器中。类似藏品可见于维也纳艺术史博物馆和伦敦华莱士收藏馆等处。 品相：II
