镶钻花束胸针 14K黄金。 写实造型，配有一朵大玫瑰花和蝴蝶结，采用封闭式镶嵌工艺，镶嵌约170颗扁平切割镀膜钻石玫瑰（中央主石约6.94 x 7.08毫米），并点缀两颗小祖母绿和四颗红宝石。 可能原为一款“Trembleuse”式珠宝，后更换了胸针底座。无印记。胸针底座采用锡焊固定。尺寸8.9 x 5.0厘米。重量40.64克。 19世纪下半叶。
