中国，20世纪 一幅仿科罗曼德尔风格的八扇大屏风，一面描绘了树木葱郁的景致中成对飞鸟的场景，另一面则描绘了宫廷场景，边框饰有花卉纹样。 （中央部分脱落，有磨损） 每扇屏风：178.5 × 36.5 厘米 注：所谓“科罗曼德尔”屏风得名于印度东海岸，自17世纪起，中国漆器便是经此地转运至欧洲的。 这种装饰传统在明代发展起来，清代尤为盛行，其特色在于以大型多色画作表现宫廷场景、山水和鸟类。 这些屏风在欧洲室内装饰中大受欢迎，其中一些甚至被拆解后融入家具或木饰中。这套中国屏风在八扇屏风上延续了这一传统装饰风格。
