Green印刷的482页《新英格兰马萨诸塞湾省陛下法令与法律》合订，另附17页目录。 品相尚可，前封面缺失，书脊及后封面有磨损和缺损，《法案与法律》部分的最后几页严重受损，第一张空白扉页上有同时期的墨水题记； 《特许状》的书芯状况极佳，仅边缘有轻微斑点，标题页上有“约翰·道威尔（John Dowell）”的藏书题记。
