胡桃木礼盒，盒盖饰有木纹贴面，内衬蓝色毛毡，并设有隔层。 制造商标签：“ALFRED LANCASTER，英国专利持有人，翻转式步枪及大型猎物用卡宾枪制造商，地址：伦敦格罗夫纳广场南奥德利街27号”。 打开后，内含： 一把托马斯牌左轮手枪，五发弹匣，380口径，双动式。 枪管呈棱形，顶部镌刻“27th South Audley S Grosvenor Sqr London”。 闭合枪机上雕刻有叶蔓纹饰，顶部刻有“A.LANCASTER”，侧面刻有“THOMAS PATENT N°779 N°1259”。 表面经蓝化处理。胡桃木枪托带凸起。 枪管长度：12.5 厘米 - 总长度：26 厘米 表面经蓝化及发黄处理。 附带配件：油壶、通条、螺丝刀。 收纳盒：28 × 18 × 6 厘米（不含顶盖） 制造年代：约1870-1880年。 由伯明翰的一位枪械师约翰·托马斯（John Thomas）于1869年研制。 值得注意的是，枪盒上的法语标签出自阿尔弗雷德·兰开斯特（Alfred Lancaster，1826-1890）之手，他一直活跃至1890年。
