SAS Rey & Guinot, est une société de ventes volontaires de meubles aux enchères publiques régie par la loi du 10 juillet 2000. Le Chesnay Enchères agit comme mandataire du propriétaire du bien.
La vente est faite au comptant et s’exprime en Euros.
Les derniers enchérisseurs paieront en sus de l’adjudication 28% TTC.
L’adjudicataire pourra s’acquitter par les moyens suivants :
- en espèces dans les limites prévues par la législation en vigueur (art. L112-6):
1000 € lorsque le débiteur a son domicile fiscal en France ou agit pour les besoins d'une activité professionnelle.

- par ordre d’achat sur lequel la limite de l’acheteur est clairement indiquée en Euros.
- par ordre d’achat téléphonique, il suffit de cocher la case correspondante et d’y mentionner un contact téléphonique.
Pour tout ordre d’achat émis en salle, une pièce d’identité ou un RIB sera demandé. Le formulaire étant disponible sur https://lechesnayencheres.com ainsi que dans les différents catalogues, tout ordre d’achat transmis par courrier, mail ou fax devra obligatoirement être accompagné d’une copie de la pièce d’identité ainsi que du RIB de l’émetteur de l’ordre.
Un acompte de 20% de l’estimation basse du ou des lots peut être demandé par chèque de banque ou virement SWIFT, ainsi qu’une empreinte de carte bancaire.
Les ordres suivis par téléphone peuvent être enregistrés pendant la vente.
Si plusieurs ordres d’achat sont émis sur un même lot et à la même limite de prix, Le Chesnay enchères maintiendra la première offre.
Les ordres d’achats doivent être retournés à l’étude 48h avant la vente.
Retrait des achats :
A la fin de la vente, le ou les lots seront remis à l’acquéreur après l’acquittement total du bordereau d’adjudication, frais et taxes comprises. Le vendeur sera réglé dans les plus brefs délais des sommes dues sous réserve du règlement de l'acheteur qui dispose d'un délai légal. Pour les paiements par chèque ou virement, des vérifications nécessaires peuvent différer la délivrance du ou des lots jusqu’à l’encaissement. Un chèque sans provision ou l'absence de paiement d'un lot dans le délai imparti entraîne une majoration de 10% du montant dû. A la demande du vendeur, c'est sur "folle enchère" que ce lot sera représenté, conformément à l'article L321-14 du Code du commerce. Dès l’adjudication prononcée, le lot est sous l’entière responsabilité de l’acheteur et il est préférable que celui-ci assure son lot. Le vendeur se doit de récupérer ses lots invendus dans un délai d'un mois après la vente. Passé ce délai, des frais de magasinage de 10€ par jour seront appliqués. Sums due will be remitted promptly to the seller subject to settlement by the buyer within legal deadlines. For payments by cheque or bank transfer, the necessary clearances may delay delivery of the consignment. NSF cheques or non-payment of a lot within the time limit will render the sale void. In this event, at the request of the seller, the lot will be re-presented under the "bad bid" procedure set out in Article L321-14 of the Commercial Code. Once the hammer falls, the lot is the sole responsibility of the buyer who is encouraged to insure it immediately. Sellers should retrieve unsold lots within one month of the auction. The designations of lots shall be established by Le CHESNAY Enchères and its accredited experts.
In case of rectification of designations, LE CHESNAY Enchères reserves the right to amend them on the bill of sale, after their having been explicitly mentioned in public by its representatives acting as agents for the seller. The absence of written or verbal information on the various restorations such as alterations, accidents and restorations does not imply that the item is free from defects.
The lots are sold in their prevailing condition and no claim can be made once the hammer falls. Watches are sold without guarantee of the clockwork. In the case of sales of jewelry, precious or semi-precious stones may have been subjected to processing in conformity with the legislation in force. The dimensions of furniture are given for information only and cannot be challenged for inaccuracy, since pre-auction display will have allowed buyers to inquire and take cognizance of the condition of the lots offered for sale.
The reserve price is not disclosed to the buyer and remains confidential. It can not exceed the low-end estimate of the lot put up for sale. Estimates are given for information only and do not guarantee the hammer price, which can be lower or higher than the estimate.
Purchase Order / Telephone Bids:
LE CHESNAY Enchères SAS Rey & Guinot offers the opportunity to bid on behalf of a person who is unable attend the auction:
- By purchase order clearly indicating the maximum bid of the buyer in Euros.
- By purchase order by phone, simply ticking the corresponding box and providing a phone contact number.
For any purchase order issued in the auction rooms, an identity card or a bank account identification slip is required. The form is available on https://lechesnayencheres.com and in the available catalogues. Any purchase order submitted by email, mail or fax must necessarily be accompanied by a copy of the photo ID and bank account identification slip of the issuer of the order.
A deposit of 20% of the low-end estimate of the lot(s) may be required by bank transfer or SWIFT and a credit card imprint.
Orders made by phone may be recorded during the auction.
If multiple purchase orders are issued on the same lot and with the same maximum bid, LE CHESNAY Enchères will maintain the first offer.
Purchase orders should reach the Auctioneers 48 hours before the sale.
Retrieval of purchases:
At the end of the sale, the lot or lots will be handed over to the buyer after full payment of sums due, including fees and taxes. Sums due will be remitted promptly to the seller subject to settlement by the buyer within legal deadlines. For payments by cheque or bank transfer, the necessary clearances may delay delivery of the consignment. NSF cheques or non-payment of a lot within the time limit will render the sale void. In this event, at the request of the seller, the lot will be re-presented under the "bad bid" procedure set out in Article L321-14 of the Commercial Code. Once the hammer falls, the lot is the sole responsibility of the buyer who is encouraged to insure it immediately. Sellers should retrieve unsold lots within one month of the auction. After this period storage costs of € 10 per day will be charged.
LE CHESNAY Enchères SAS Rey & Guinot reserves the right to disqualify any untrustworthy bidder or one who has not complied with the terms and conditions of sale.

Our professional buyers are kindly advised that no VAT – deducted bill will be issued without official proof of export.
In case of export, a tax-deducted bill may be established, subject to the submission of a deposit check in the amount of VAT.
If no evidence is presented within a month, the check will be cashed in.
We recall that provision of the single-market VAT number alone is not sufficient for VAT exemption.
