MJV Soudant

The MJV Soudant auction house is the continuation of a business I founded in 1998.

It was in July of that year that I set up my own business in the antiques trade.

Dealing in antiques has always been a tremendous passion of mine—one I have shared with my wife and son. In the early 2000s, I discovered the world of auction houses and the incredible price surprises they could offer.

Around the age of 25, I began dreaming of having my own auction house. It took years of hands-on experience buying and selling a wide variety of items, as well as building up a network of contacts and expertise.

These years of experience and hard work have enabled us to realize that long-held dream. By bringing my wife, Melinda, and my son, Justin, on board, we now have the privilege of launching this family business.

Thanks to over 20 years of experience in the field, we are able to offer our clients our expertise, a network of specialized experts, continuous market monitoring, and a database of thousands of Belgian and international clients.
