Gwenola LE CLOIREC – Boulogne Encheres

After completing her studies in law and art history, Gwenola Le Cloirec qualified as an auctioneer in 2010. Drawing on extensive experience with diverse auction houses—such as Versailles Enchères, Chayette & Cheval, Digard Auction, Tajan, and Sotheby’s—as well as a stint in the digital sector with Expertissim, she founded BOULOGNE ENCHERES following her appointment as a Judicial Auctioneer in late 2018.

A generalist by training, she has supervised and conducted sales across a wide range of categories, including contemporary art, 20th- and 21st-century decorative arts, furniture and objets d’art, Old Master paintings, wines, books, silverware, watches, prints, and photography. Having qualified at the National Institute of Gemology in 2006, she also has a particular passion for jewelry.

The BOULOGNE ENCHERES team is at your service for estate, insurance, or division-of-assets inventories; valuations; and advice on selling, buying, building a collection, or simply preserving your assets. Working with subject-matter experts and specialists whenever necessary, the team travels throughout France and abroad.

Sales are primarily conducted online. This digital format allows buyers worldwide to purchase authenticated lots with a single click at any time up until the sale closes. Live auctions will also be held in Boulogne on special occasions to showcase the city and the auction experience, thereby maximizing the value of the items and assets belonging to both sellers and future buyers.
