Contemporary pigskin binding on wooden boards, (rubbed) red edges, title in ink on for edges, bronze clasps
One volume of this famous critical encyclopedia examining the lives of the Christian saints. This volume about the saints remembered from June 7 till June 15. The other volumes of the 'Acta sanctorum iunii' were published by other printers. It is a work in progress, the Bollandists are still working to this day on the saints of December. Ref.
