An Edwardian Split Pearl Necklace circa 1905, the central graduated festoon fringe decorated with flowerhead clusters, with the largest cluster to the centre, set throughout with split pearls, in yellow claw and collet settings, to a fancy link chain partly decorated with split pearls, to a split pearl cluster clasp (drop length 4.0cm, necklace length 46.5cm) The necklace is in fair condition. It fastens with a tongue and box catch and features a later safety chain. It bears no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold. Gross weight 32.8 grams. CR made 05.05.22
