Jean-Baptiste Pater (1695-1736) (da) Accampamento di soldati di fanteria. 1730 circa. Inciso da Scotin. 500 x 380 [518 x 392 mm]. Portalis e Beraldi, volume III, p. 536. Bellissima prova su carta vergata, all’acquaforte pura, con il nome dell’incisore inciso a punta. Piega di essiccazione verticale centrale. Lunga e sottile piega di stampa obliqua che attraversa la tavoletta al centro. Un’altra piega orizzontale leggera attraversa la parte superiore sinistra del soggetto. Piccole macchie sul retro. Buoni margini. Timbro AABM (Lugt 3075). «Due belle stampe tratte da Pater, un’Assemblea galante in un parco e un Accampamento di soldati di fanteria. Questi due pezzi, in folio in larghezza, non sono stati completati. Sono rarissimi».
