Delle battute di caccia che sono state organizzate e dei vari mezzi che sono stati tentati per distruggerla dalla sua comparsa nel mese di giugno 1764 fino alla sua cattura da parte del signor Antoine, tenente di caccia e portatore di archibugio di Sua Maestà, il 2 settembre 1765». Manoscritto autografo d’epoca in-4 di 28 pagine (probabilmente ricopiato, il che spiega la regolarità della calligrafia dall’inizio alla fine) con copertina semirigida rivestita di carta pettinata d’epoca [in attesa di qualcosa di meglio]. Copia conforme del manoscritto della BNF* (inserito nella raccolta fittizia di documenti relativi alla bestia del Gévaudan compilata dall’autore nel 1765) Piega sul primo piatto, esemplare scucito e separato dalla copertina, nonostante i suoi lievi difetti; esemplare di estrema rarità e in ottime condizioni. *RES 4-LK2-786.
