Ha esposto a livello internazionale e le sue opere fanno parte di collezioni pubbliche quali l’Arts Council of Great Britain, il British Council e la Walker Art Gallery di Liverpool. Tra i collezionisti di rilievo delle opere di Lewis figura Damien Hirst. La signora Thu Stern, moglie dell’artista Bernard Stern (1920-2002), ha venduto un gran numero di opere di artisti vietnamiti al British Museum.
