Édouard Marcel SANDOZ (1881-1971). Fennec seduto, con la testa girata. Bronzo con patina marrone, firmato "Ed. M. Sandoz" sulla coda. Reca l’inserto circolare e il marchio del fonditore «Susse Frs Edts Paris». Reca la dicitura «cire perdue»; reca la lettera «A» incisa sul lato inferiore. Verso il 1926-1930. Altezza: 29,5 cm Modello creato nel 1921; edizione a cura di Susse tra luglio 1926 e settembre 1930. Bibliografia correlata: - Félix Marcilhac, Sandoz, Sculpteur figuriste et animalier, Éditions de l'Amateur, Parigi, 1993, modello catalogato con il n. 602, p. 364. Nota: Nella primavera del 1921, Sandoz fu invitato a recarsi in Nord Africa dal presidente della Compagnie générale transatlantique, Dal Diaz, per realizzare un reportage iconografico.
