Preller il Vecchio, Friedrich - da I corvi portano pane e carne al profeta Elia. Blocco da stampa per xilografia. Legno di bosso. 13,4 x 18,5 x 2,3 cm. Monogramma speculare, datato e firmato «FP (legato) 187(?) / Weimar». Friedrich von Boetticher riporta nella sua opera *Malerwerke des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts* (vol. 2, p. 318) al n. 140 un disegno a matita di Preller datato 1870, intitolato «Elia nutrito dai corvi», che probabilmente servì da modello all’incisore. In allegato una stampa su carta velina, recante sotto l’immagine le diciture «1.Reg.17» e «Fr.
