Pierre-Marie Poisson (1876-1953) Bagnante seduta Bronzo con patina marrone Firmato «M POISSON» Reca il timbro del fonditore «CIRE PERDUE BISCEGLIA» e il numero «3 » Altezza: 27 cm Dal 1893 al 1896, Pierre-Marie Poisson si forma nella lavorazione del gesso all’École des Beaux-Arts di Tolosa prima di entrare a far parte dell’atelier di Louis-Ernest Barrias a Parigi. Già dal 1899 partecipò regolarmente al Salon des Artistes Français. A lui si devono diversi monumenti ai caduti, tra cui il più famoso a Le Havre, e numerose opere in stile «Art Déco», in particolare la fontana del Trocadéro.
