Una splendida mappa antica originale della contea del Nottinghamshire, in Inghilterra, incisa su rame. Una mappa estremamente dettagliata con cartiglio decorativo del titolo e scale graduate in miglia grandi, medie e piccole. Un eccellente esemplare notevolmente valorizzato da un'affascinante colorazione a mano successiva. Al centro dell’immagine si trova la «Foresta di Sherewood» (Sherwood Forest), come descritta nella leggenda di Robin Hood. Dimensioni: 16,5 pollici x 13,75 pollici (41,9 cm x 34,9 cm) La stampa è in condizioni eccellenti ma leggermente rifilata: si prega di esaminare attentamente l’immagine poiché è molto accurata.
