Provenienza: Cornette de Saint Cyr, Parigi, vendita del 09 dicembre 2016. Intorno al 1948 è membro della Stanley Pool School sotto la guida di Laurent Moonens. Il suo lavoro fu molto apprezzato; espose a Roma nel 1950. Dopo la partenza di L. Moonens, diventa il pittore preferito del mecenate Maurice Alhadeff. Dipinge paesaggi, scene di mercato ed eccellenti ritratti espressivi.
