St. e dipinto con un altro ritratto maschile cancellato, segni di invecchiamento, supporto leggermente incurvato, lo strato pittorico in parte macchiato, cornice dorata profilata conservata, ca. 66 x 50 cm, con cornice ca. 80 x 64 cm, 1910 circa. Il ritratto frontale a tutta superficie è tipico del periodo del tardo impressionismo. I colori, in parte applicati senza essere miscelati con pennellate chiaramente visibili, sottolineano il carattere istantaneo e la vivacità della rappresentazione. Il ritratto abbozzato sul retro raffigura un uomo più anziano, anch’egli con il cappello.
