ASSENZIO A.JUNOD - 1900 circa - Versione ROSSA - Raro oggetto pubblicitario in ceramica, realizzato con tecnica pirogenica. 9 x 8,7 cm. Ottimo stato di conservazione - Notevole freschezza delle scritte; il colore rosso, in particolare, è qui perfettamente conservato con tutti i suoi pigmenti originali, vivaci e intensi. Nessun difetto rilevante da segnalare. Normale usura da utilizzo con sbiadimento dei bordi dorati. PIROGENA: Oggetto da bistrot del 1900 destinato ad essere posizionato sui tavoli per contenere i fiammiferi, strofinarli sulla sua superficie ruvida e diffondere una pubblicità. Fondata a Pontarlier nel 1838 da Henri-Auguste Junod, l’azienda fu rilevata dal figlio Arthur Junod nel 1870. A seguito del divieto dell’assenzio in Francia nel 1915, le attività e i marchi di questa illustre distilleria dell’Haut-Doubs furono acquistati e successivamente integrati nel gruppo Pernod Fils Réunis.
