Pistola sperimentale da cavalleria, 1858, senza calcio Canna appiattita lateralmente e arrotondata alla base, con rigatura quadrupla, calibro 13,9 mm. Piastra di chiusura contrassegnata con l’aquila bicipite e il numero “858”. Componenti in ferro leggermente ossidati. Canna a percussione con molla potente. Impugnatura a mezza calza in noce con finiture in ferro, fascia di rinforzo e occhiello per la cinghia. Lunghezza 43 cm. Pistola senza percussore, progetto del 1855, prodotta nel 1858. Cfr.: J.
