Un revolver a rotazione superiore di fabbricante sconosciuto, con calibro .320 Short, n. 9415, canna esagonale leggermente ruvida, lunghezza 87 mm. Sul ponte del telaio è inciso su due righe "GEO BURN-S'S PATENT / SELF EXTRACTOR". A sinistra sul telaio, numero di serie e calibro. Brunitura lucida, di un nero intenso, con macchie e segni (non curata). Grilletto a ribalta e cane lucidati a bianco, con grasso vecchio. Conservata in una cassetta di legno a forma di revolver. Chiusura difettosa, la parte sinistra della cassetta presenta due crepe, il rivestimento in tessuto è danneggiato. Migliorabile con una pulizia accurata.
