Una bella spada per ufficiali di cavalleria Lama a taglio triangolare (macchiata, parzialmente segnata), nel terzo superiore tracce su tutti i lati di incisioni decorative dorate. Interessante elsa in ottone riccamente lavorata a rilievo e ben dorata, con due lame a forma di cuore (ribaltabili verso il basso sul lato del quarto), un'impugnatura aggiuntiva e un avvolgimento in filo d'argento (allentato), nonché un pomello con maschera di Apollo (due piccole crepe nel manicotto del pomello). Fodero rigido laccato di bianco con anima in legno (fratturato nella zona della punta) e finiture in ottone dorato (lamiera della punta allegata separatamente). Parzialmente leggermente danneggiato, segni di usura e di invecchiamento. Lunghezza 93 cm. Raro. Cfr. Lhoste, Épées, pp. 197-199. Condizione: II - III
