Un dusägge (tessak) della Germania meridionale con lama di Passau, 1580 circa Lama dal dorso robusto e leggermente ricurvo, con punta a doppio taglio. Sotto il dorso, su entrambi i lati, doppia scanalatura stretta. Sul lato quart, il marchio del lupo di Passau finemente dentellato con resti di intarsi in rame, nonché un marchio non identificato a forma di scudo. Accanto, il monogramma del maestro «MW»; nella scanalatura, una doppia «S» incisa tra piccoli segni a forma di croce. Tipico manico a cesto annerito con guardia ampia e ricurva a forma di S. Sul lato quarto, anello per il dito e anello per il pollice; manico a fibbia con grande placca chiusa sul lato terzo. Manico ben restaurato, rivestito in pelle, con minime tracce di tarli. Pomello rettangolare a pagoda con pomello piatto e ribassato fissato con rivetti. Lunghezza 105,5 cm. Condizione: II -
