Coppia di scudi a pugno indiani, Lahore, XIX secolo Scudi rotondi bombati in ottone, con decorazioni incise sulla faccia anteriore e intarsiate in lacca nera raffiguranti persone, animali, creature mitologiche e motivi floreali. Quattro protuberanze in ottone su ciascuno scudo; queste e le figure presentano inoltre decorazioni punzonate. Bordi svasati sul lato frontale. Uno scudo presenta diverse ammaccature lievi. Sul retro, su ciascuno uno cuscinetto per il pugno rivestito in velluto giallo, quattro occhielli in ottone e resti delle cinghie di trasporto. Diametro di ciascuno circa 36 cm. Condizione: II
