Testa votiva etrusca di un ragazzo, III-II secolo a.C. Testa di un ragazzo realizzata a tutto tondo in argilla chiara di colore rosso-marrone, con tratti del viso finemente definiti e realistici. Occhi con palpebre, labbra e guance raffigurati con precisione e ben proporzionati. I capelli di media lunghezza sono pettinati in avanti sulla fronte, con una ciocca centrale che ricade sulla fronte. Sotto l’attaccatura del collo è ancora parzialmente conservato il bordo originale della scultura, che terminava in quel punto. Si notano lievi ammaccature sui capelli della fronte e della nuca, sul mento e sul labbro inferiore, nonché sul bordo inferiore del collo, che tuttavia non compromettono l’impressione d’insieme. Testa votiva di grande pregio artistico. Altezza 16 cm. BENI CULTURALI! Provenienza: collezione privata dell’Alta Austria (lascito), acquistata dal padre negli anni ’80 nel mercato dell’arte austriaco e della Germania meridionale. Condizione: II +
