Manifattura Reale di Porcellana di Meissen Tabacchiera con vedute di castelli Porcellana, decorazione a colori sopra smalto; montatura in rame dorato. All’interno del coperchio, raffigurazione di Giove e Danae. Senza marchio. H 3,5, L 9, P 7,1 cm. Attribuita a Meissen, anni ’50/’60 del XVIII secolo. Il motivo raffigurante Giove e Danae si ispira a un'incisione di Elisha Kirkall (1682 circa - 1742), che a sua volta riproduce presumibilmente un motivo di Annibale Carracci (1560 - 1609). Provenienza Collezione privata della Westfalia, acquistata presso Röbbig, Monaco di Baviera.
