Tappeto TABRIZ Iran. 1940 circa. Velluto di lana su base di cotone. Un campo oblungo ottagonale blu notte, impreziosito da un medaglione a forma di losanga color pistacchio e incorniciato da quattro pennacchi dello stesso tono, ospita un motivo detto "Herati" con piccoli fiori e foglie stilizzate multicolori. Bordo principale color pistacchio con ghirlande di corolle policrome, affiancato da sei controbordi color cielo e blu marino, con ghirlande di fiorellini. Grande prestanza.
