Il cane Milord è raffigurato in diverse fotografie dell’epoca di Alessandro II. - Il cartoncino presenta in basso a destra una macchia che arriva fino alla fotografia, nonché sul retro un’annotazione successiva a matita. - Provenienza: precedentemente di proprietà della granduchessa Maria Aleksandrovna (1853-1920), figlia minore di Alessandro II di Russia dal primo matrimonio, duchessa di Edimburgo e di Sassonia-Coburgo-Gotha; collezione privata in Svizzera, collezione privata nella Germania meridionale.
