Dimensioni del foglio: 35 x 43,5 cm. Montato su passe-partout (48 x 55,5 cm). Bella veduta di Roma del pittore olandese di ritratti e scene di genere Johan Philip Koelman (1818-1893), che dal 1839 al 1842 studiò alla Koninklijke Academie van Beeldende Kunsten dell’Aia e presso Cornelis Kruseman. Dal 1838 al 1839 e dal 1844 al 1857 ha lavorato in Italia. - Il cartoncino presenta macchie di muffa sul retro, mentre il disegno stesso è ben conservato.
