Manifesti - Dryden, Ernst. Bozzetto per un manifesto dedicato a “Haus Neuerburg”. Guazzo e grafite su carta rossa. Sul retro recante il timbro dell’eredità. Dopo il 1929. Dimensioni del foglio: 43 x 31,5 cm. Ernst Dryden (1887-1938), bon vivant viennese e talentuoso grafico pubblicitario a Berlino, Parigi e negli Stati Uniti, era stato, tra l’altro, illustratore delle «Blaupunkt-Zigaretten» del marchio di sigarette Waldorf-Astoria, che nel 1929 fu acquistato da «Haus Neuerburg». Anche lì continuò a lavorare come artista pubblicitario, promuovendo soprattutto sigarette destinate alla donna moderna. - Il disegno è montato in alcuni punti sul supporto lungo il margine superiore, presenta lievi segni di sfregamento e pieghe, i bordi presentano macchie e rari strappi (rinforzati).
