VD16 S 10412 - Adams S-2208 - Hoffmann, Greci III, 465. - Seconda edizione autonoma del testo greco di Sinesio di Cirene, prima edizione bilingue redatta dal predicatore protestante Thomas Kirchmeyer (Naogeorgus, Naogeorg, 1508-1563). - Sinesio di Cirene (circa 370-412) fu eletto vescovo di Tolemaide nel 411. Nelle sue opere emerge chiaramente la fusione tra neoplatonismo e cristianesimo, caratteristica della Scuola alessandrina. - Antico timbro duplicato sul frontespizio, sporadiche annotazioni a matita sul primo foglio, l'ultimo foglio è stato rifissato, in parte ingiallito o macchiato. *
