CAFFETTIERA in argento (950). DOUAI, Hippolyte-Xavier FENASSE (diplomato maestro nel 1779), 1790. Il corpo, caratterizzato da tre nervature a spirale, poggia su tre piedini a volute e con elementi di fissaggio bordati da un toro di alloro con nodo a nastro. Il coperchio bombato, anch’esso con nervature a spirale, è sormontato da un elemento decorativo a forma di fiore di caffè stilizzato. Manico ricurvo con dentellature in legno esotico. Monogramma JP all’interno di una corona di alloro, contrassegnato da un fiocco inciso sul corpo. Alcuni piccoli urti e fissaggio del motivo a forma di chicco modificato (dado). Riparazioni in corrispondenza dei punti di fissaggio del manico in legno. Punzoni poco leggibili (coperchio, parte inferiore del corpo e piedini). Altezza 33 cm; Larghezza 22 cm; Peso 1227,7 g.
