Thomas Lound, britannico, 1801-1861- Scena di spiaggia, sera; matita e acquerello su carta, 13,9 x 21,4 cm. Provenienza: Collezione del reverendo John Bowman (attivo 1826-1841), Norwich. Presso Martyn Gregory, Londra [VG 681]. Nota: Lound fu membro della Scuola di Norwich e visse a Norwich per tutta la vita. Studiò sotto la guida dell’artista John Sell Cotman ed espose con la Norwich Society of Artists dal 1820 al 1833, nonché a Londra tra il 1845 e il 1859. Le sue opere sono presenti nelle collezioni del V&A, del National Trust, delle Norfolk Museums Collections e dello Yale Center for British Art.
