Madonna con Bambino, pittore andaluso del XVIII secolo – XVIII secolo Olio su tela. 101 × 74 cm. Con cornice: 113 × 88 cm. Raffigurazione della Vergine Maria con il Bambino Gesù, seduto sulle sue ginocchia. Maria indossa una tunica rossastra e un mantello blu, e inclina delicatamente il capo verso il Bambino, che riposa su di lei. La composizione si sviluppa su uno sfondo scuro, appena interrotto dalla presenza di piccole teste di cherubini. L’opera riprende formule compositive ed espressive legate ai modelli devozionali di Bartolomé Esteban Murillo, in particolare nel trattamento affettuoso delle figure e nell’uso di una luce calda che fa risaltare i volti in contrasto con le ombre.
