Raffigura un angelo, a tutto tondo, vestito con una lunga tunica plissettata, stretta in vita, con un ampio colletto, che regge un cero con entrambe le mani ravvicinate. I piedi poggiano su un basamento. Sul retro sono visibili tracce di un sistema di fissaggio che consentiva a questo angelo di far parte di un insieme più ampio.
