* Louis Léopold Thuilant (1862 - 1916) Brocca del cantoniere In terracotta smaltata con fondo giallo. Di forma ovoidale con un manico dorsale. Bocca zoomorfica, a forma di testa di gallina a tutto tondo. Tappo a tutto tondo raffigurante una gallina che cova nel proprio nido. Decorazione in pastiglia raffigurante un cantoniere, circondato da animali: due cavalli senza finimenti, due cani e due capre, disposti simmetricamente. Un gallo e un pesce completano questa vivace decorazione. Vari motivi stampati sul corpo: croci fiorite, piccole croci, ferri di cavallo, croci di vario tipo. Un motivo stilizzato, simile a una sorta di fiocco, presenta al centro il profilo inciso di un uomo. Un cartiglio sul retro reca le diciture incise a mano «Fait Par // Thuylant figlio // Vasaio a Prevelle // nel 1886 Sarthe» Sarthe, fine del XIX secolo Altezza 27 cm (senza il tappo) e 30 cm con il tappo Collo rotto e incollato, segni di usura con mancanze e piccole scheggiature.
