Foto, stampa argentica d’epoca, timbrata e annotata sul retro 25,5 x 21 cm Nota: Yvonne Romain interpreta una giovane serva muta, vittima di uno stupro, che dà alla luce Leon prima di morire. Una volta diventato adulto, interpretato da Oliver Reed, Leon scopre che una maledizione legata alle circostanze del suo concepimento lo trasforma in un lupo mannaro. I due attori interpretano quindi una madre e suo figlio in epoche diverse della narrazione e non condividono alcuna scena: il loro incontro in questa fotografia è da attribuire a uno scatto di scena o promozionale. Tratto dal romanzo *The Werewolf of Paris* di Guy Endore, il film offre a Oliver Reed il suo primo ruolo da protagonista e rappresenta l’unica incursione della Hammer nel mito del lupo mannaro.
