Sulla base sono incisi gli attributi della guerra, della caccia e della scienza o attributi massonici e l'iscrizione Jacob the Wise a nome di Matthew the Wise, nato il 30 aprile 1722 e morto il 7 aprile 1797, Vologda, famiglia Moudrov o Moudroff in cirillico.
