GRANDE STATUA IN BRONZO DORATO DI PADMASAMBHAVA, TIBET, XVI SECOLO Dimensioni: Altezza 23 cm, Larghezza 15 cm, Profondità 10 cm Peso: 2637 grammi La figura seduta indossa un'elaborata corona floreale, grandi orecchini circolari e molteplici fili di gioielli con perline. Una mano è sollevata accanto al petto, mentre uno stelo fiorito spunta dalla spalla; le gambe incrociate poggiano su un ampio piedistallo a gradini. La superficie riccamente dorata è impreziosita da piccoli dettagli intarsiati di colore turchese e rossastro sulla corona, sugli ornamenti e sulla cintura. Le cavità scurite mettono in risalto la modellazione del volto, i gioielli e la base a più livelli.
