Croce greca, i bracci a zampa leggermente svasati decorati con volute incise a intaglio a secco e smaltate di blu notte, affiancati da un'aureola con motivo trilobato smaltato di blu notte traslucido; anello di sospensione a sfera e anello. Centri rotondi, figure in rilievo, iscrizioni su fondo di smalto blu notte. Dritto: CAPITVLVM CLAROMONTENSE. Madonna col Bambino in stile barocco, firmata L. PENIN F. LUGD. Rovescio: PIVS IX PONT.
