CROCE di CANONICO del capitolo della cattedrale di CHALONS in argento dorato, smaltata di rosso e bianco. Croce di Malta, punte a pomello, i rami smaltati di rosso traslucido, bordati di bianco su un lato, bianchi bordati di rosso traslucido sull'altro, affiancati da comete fiorite; anello di sospensione a doppia voluta di foglie d'acanto. Centri ovali, figure in rilievo, sul dritto su fondo amati, sul rovescio su fondo radiante, iscrizioni su fondo di smalto bianco. Dritto: CAPITULUM. CATALAUNENSE San Stefano, in piedi, in dalmatica Rovescio: SANCTUS MEMMUS/ San Memmie, vestito da pontefice mentre benedice, in piedi sul trono. 78 x 66,5 cm. Punzone a testa di cinghiale. Piccole mancanze di smalto, urti e deformazioni, in particolare alle punte. Con il suo NASTRO di seta moiré rossa bordato di bianco (strappi, macchie). Bibliografia: B. BERTHOD e J.-C.
