Albrecht Dürer (1471 - Norimberga - 1528), La penitenza di San Giovanni Crisostomo. Incisione su carta vergata, filigrana con lo stemma del vescovo (Meder 39). (1496 circa). 18,1 x 11,8 cm (foglio). Bartsch 63; Meder 54 d-e (of f); Schoch/Mende/Scherbaum 7 d-e (of f). Una buona stampa Meder d-e, ricca e dal nero intenso, nitida e ben definita, con buoni contrasti; secondo la filigrana, datata da Meder intorno al 1540-1550; rifilata appena all’interno del segno della lastra. – Leggermente macchiata dalle impronte digitali nell’angolo superiore sinistro. Il margine superiore è stato allungato di circa 5 mm e quello inferiore di circa 3 mm; in entrambi i casi l’immagine è stata abilmente completata a inchiostro. Uno strappo chiuso sul margine destro. Una piccola perdita con rinforzo sopra il ciuffo d’erba a sinistra. Il verso presenta alcune minuscole macchie marroni, per il resto in buone condizioni. Tassazione: tassazione differenziata (IVA: regime del margine).
