PORTAGIOI IN BRONZO DORATO E DOPPIO VETRO. FRANCIA, EPOCA DI NAPOLEONE III (XIX SECOLO) Portagioie francese realizzato in bronzo cesellato e dorato, con doppio vetro. La sua struttura si articola su due livelli: la parte superiore, a forma di sfera, è dotata di portachiavi e serratura; la parte inferiore funge da vassoio poggiato su quattro piedini. L’intero supporto in bronzo cesellato presenta in rilievo tralci intrecciati, foglie di vite e grappoli d’uva. Nella parte più alta del coperchio è raffigurato un dettaglio ornamentale composto da due piccole colombe dorate. I sottili vetri doppi sovrapposti, impreziositi tra loro da fiori madreperlati, completano questo magnifico oggetto. Presenta una frattura in uno dei vetri doppi della parte inferiore. Misure: 18 cm di altezza x 19 cm di larghezza.
