Hans Neumann, Barzoi in una pineta al tramonto, xilografia a colori del 1905, firmata Hans Neumann, 1873 Kassel - 1957 Monaco di Baviera, grafico tedesco, Barsoi in una pineta al tramonto, xilografia a colori, stampa a mano, 27,5 x 22 cm, firmata e numerata, con margini schiariti dalla luce, senza cornice Sull’artista: Hans Neumann studiò presso le Accademie d’arte di Kassel e Berlino e, una volta terminati gli studi, si stabilì a Monaco di Baviera. Su suggerimento del pittore e tipografo Otto Eckmann, si dedicò alla tecnica della xilografia a colori. Hans Neumann è stato un importante esponente dell’Art Nouveau di Monaco ed è considerato uno dei più maturi stilisti della xilografia a colori monacense. Lì ha lavorato per le famose riviste *Jugend* e *Simplicissimus*.
