Kennedy, due pagine, formato 8,5 x 11, con l’oggetto in alto recitante: «Arresto del sospettato della morte del presidente degli Stati Uniti e dell’agente J. D. Tippit». Firmato in calce con penna a sfera blu da Gerald L. Hill in qualità di «Sergente di polizia», Ray Hawkins in qualità di «Investigatore addetto al caso», Paul Bentley in qualità di «Detective» e M. N. McDonald in qualità di «Agente di pattuglia». - una foto patinata 4 x 6 dell’agente McDonald in posa con la pistola calibro .38 di Oswald, firmata con pennarello nero: “Agente M. ‘Nick’ McDonald, colui che ha catturato Oswald, 22-11-63”.
